I have entered the wonderful world of potty training....well, I personally have mastered the skill, but Gracie hasn't quite yet. So, to all of you seasoned potty training moms out there, will you give me some advice?.... what works? what doesn't work?

Haylee's first hair cut
What do you do when your 1 year-old has a mullet? Yes, it was time for Haylee's first hair cut! We went to a child's hair salon called 'Candy Hair' and Haylee did great! I was so proud of her! She just sat there in the red airplane completely motionless - also showing no emotion - sucking her binky...it was so cute! Grace was a little concerned for her little sis at first, but when she saw Haylee was okay, she went about her business climbing on things.

the BEST books
These are the absolute best books out there on babies & toddlers! I love, love, love them. If you don't have them you HAVE TO go buy them right now! Bruce and I swear by these books. Dr.Karp gives such practical and useful advice and it actually works! The baby book saved our lives...especially with our colicky Haylee. I'm using so many of his tools from the toddler book right now with Haylee and Grace and I'm having so much success. I'm loving it!
So, off you go to the bookstore.....
